**Exterior
– Replace plinth of column right of stairs coming up

– Column crowns will need inspection, at least one needs replacement

– Fencing under the stairs to the left completely gone, needs replacement

– Banister bottom board rotten, needs replacement

– Front Fascia of porch under the gutter needs replacement, lets water on the crowns and into the columns

– The flashing on the porch has torn/fallen in the gutter, needs inspection or removal

– Multiple windows need to be scraped & sealed and painted.

– Back Porch awning front/fascia boards pulled out and replaced

– Replace kitchen vent hood cap with a larger unit

**Inside
– Small room needs patching and painting

– Kitchen prepped and painted (wait for arrival of new cabinet/counter as it will pull down some of the pegboard)
