Exterior prep/painting: Full scrape to remove all loose and peeling paint, spot prime bare wood areas, caulk all seams, voids, and gaps to help keep property sealed against exterior moisture and internal heat loss. Apply ( 2 ) coats of TBD COLOR acrylic finishes and clean up.
